La Pergola - CAMAIORE

My cousin who is a regular client at this restaurant booked for the three of us to have dinner last night. My wife and i where very impressed. It is a family owned and run restaurant. Casual settings, easy going atmosphere. Husband, wife and their son where handling themselves the tables orders as well as service. We had as starter the “black shells clams” in two different ways one was stuffed and the other one cooked and steamed with black pepper. Both where truly delicious. My cousin had fish carpaccio, my wife and i had grilled sea-bass with sliced cooked potatoes, while my cousin ordered sliced oven backed potatoes in rosemary. I tasted the carpaccio as well and all food was truly delicious. Atmosphere was excellent being a Sunday all italian families no tourists. They are also famous for their various pizza’s. Prices where very very reasonable as well. Will surely be back. Highly recommended.

If seafood is your thing, you should definitely pay this restaurant a visit. They also make one of the best pizzas in the area. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is family owned and run, which is reflected in the excellent service.

Went here with two friends and had a great dinner (sea risotto and grilled fish). The owners were very very kind and helped us happily with an exceptional order and taxi. True hospitality and great food (and aperol spritz) would recommend!

Pasta to the wonderful fillets of branzino to the very fine raw artichokes. cute little place we didn't try pizzas, but people near us seemed really satisfied. kind owners. right price. It is an obligation to stop.
