As Vides in Camara dos Lobos, Madeira, stands out as a culinary gem that beckons diners into a world of authentic Madeiran flavors, with a particular highlight on the origin of the beef on the skewer. After almost one year living on this magical island, I think I've found my favorite espetada restaurant.
