Bidra med feedbackWe get wingstop door dashed at least 1× a week and we have given up, every single time were missing an item or an item is incorrect. Its literally a guessing game in the house on what theyre going to mess up on when we order. Tonight we didnt get half of our order! Check before you leave!!
How tf you gonna charge me for ranch? A 10-peice wing comes with ZERO dipping sauce? Foh
I dont understand why it is so hard for the employees to fill up drinks in delivery orders- it 's literally your customer. I get paid no matter what for picking up the order and dropping it off but your reputation and quality is all you have to create business and repeat customers. You are the only business out of 100 's that don 't actually fulfill your customers orders. I don 't know if the employees think it 's funny or 'cute ' to not fill up drink cups and then tell drivers they need to but it just says a lot about YOU and YOUR employees and YOUR business. Filling a drink is one of the easiest tasks a human can complete and your employees can 't do it . It 's laughable.
Sloooooow and disrespectful employees. Clueless and cowardly manager. Wingstop should pull this franchise. Multiple customers waiting for food, manager in kitchen on his phone, and one other employee in kitchen. After 25 minutes of waiting and another customer complaining that they 'd been waiting over 35 min, I went to the register and asked for a refund as I was out of time and had to leave.The manager was now at the drink machine getting a drink, looked up at me, then walked past me and out the door! The rude girl at the register proceeded to tell me that she would write down that I wanted a refund, but couldn 't process it, and couldn 't give me a receipt for my order. I asked for the manager and she told me you have to wait for him to come back, maybe an hour, maybe not . I told her to call him and process my refund that 's not how it works here . She then went back to the kitchen where she and a young cook were looking at me, speaking to each other, and laughing. After 5 minutes of being ignored at the counter, another customer spoke up in my defense, and another employee came and opened the register and gave me a refund. They then told the next group that walked in the door that it would be an hour wait for food. At this point I 'd wasted 40 minutes and was empty handed (and empty stomached). The community doesn 't need businesses like these.
Avoid like the plague! My husband and I have been sick for 6 days from food poisoning from their wings we ordered on Monday. Their sauces are great, but they might have disguised the red flags if the chicken wasn't good. It could even be salmonella based on our symptoms. Not worth the pain. We will be going to the Oxnard location moving forward if we even have the stomach for Wingstop ever again. RUN AWAY. Excuse me while I go grab some soda water .
