Costa Coffee - Cambridge

Place is a joke! Ordered a clock and collect and when I arrived the barista was on his phone behind the counter and hadn’t prepared my drink! It was dead inside and just said oh yeah I’ll get it ready now!

One of the baristas called me tight for asking to pay for a baby chino, one complained that i was only buying a £1.70 drinks and shouldn’t be aloud to sit in . i have been to this costa many times and have payed a lot of money there and still they are rude when i buy cheaper drinks or want to eat in when i buy cheaper drinks.

Typical busy costa coffee, service was ok although some tables were dirty and uncleared, usual quality for coffee, bacon role was dry and over heated so didn’t taste great at all

I stayed in Cambridge for a month and during that time, I had my breakfast there. Food and drink were nice and the team was friendly

Staff was slow and didn’t seem to care about waiting customers. I had to call a barista to serve me as they just stood there idle
