Mcdonald's - Cambridge

At the time I went, around 12. It was quick service. Was worried about the large queue but the staff quickly and efficiently managed to work through it. Well co-ordinated team.

The place is not getting chip serving size correct. Their large and small sizes are the same serving size.

One of the worse Mcdonalds in Cambridgeshire. According to the staff in the Mcdonalds store The franchisee owner never wants to spend money to fix the store. The milkshake machine ice cream machine always broken and today they had no burgers no filet meals. Avoid this store Or you will be disappointed.

We arrived and placed an app order. We received the food after 15 minutes after being told to park up. We then realised that three burgers were completely wrong (mayo chicken) had ketchup and mustard in it? No Mayo? And then waited another 15 minutes in our car for them to change our order? Very confusing. And wasted time.

Drive through is utterly useless. They seem completely incapable of processing an order in a timely manner. Always sent to park up and wait while they let the food cool down before bringing it out to you. Avoid as definitely not a ‘fast food’ outlet.
