Saffron Brasserie - Cambridge

Very Disappointed on meal we had on Wednesday November. Food took two hours to arrive. One of our party had to go to catch last train.Food was cold . Lamb shank with cold bone? Most meals only tepid. Obviously food not long enough in...microwave. Manager was rude when we politely told him our issues . Never again .AVOID

We booked at the Rajbelash having read good Trip Advisor reviews, however our experience was certainly not good. As a group we ordered a variety of dishes and without exception we found our meals to be very bland. Furthermore the service was impersonal and lacked...attentiveness. At no point in the evening did any waiter enquire how our food was. We would certainly not go to this restaurant again.

After being let down by a restaurant we had booked on a Saturday night we came across this place,and so glad we did. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out nothing was to much trouble,so friendly and welcoming,such a lovely...place to eat. Next time we are in Cambridge we will DEFINITELY be going back as the food was very tasty and hot. Thanks for a memorable evening and keep up the great work Hopefully see you again soon

On a rainy night, there were only a few people in early before it’s a large restaurant but comfortable. When my starter arrived it’s presentation was Excellent, and tasted just as good. Very helpful staff as I asked about a few dishes I...haven’t seen before. Tried a dish that I was told they eat at home, it was delicious. I like most people have eaten in many Indian Restaurants and this is up with the best. I highly recommend it. Also it’s terrific Value. Had King Prawn Purée starter visit . Try it out.

It had been some years since our last visit, but we were very impressed with the food and service. The atmosphere was relaxed yet attentive.
