Sulmona - Cambridge

We were thrilled to discover Sulmona after noticing the lengthy wait at Cafe Luna. The breakfast we had was fantastic. We ordered skillet pancakes, grilled banana bread, chocolate chip waffles, eggs Benedict, and the Italian countryman breakfast. Overall, both the food and service were exceptional. Our server, Vanessa, did an excellent job, especially with the extra strong iced coffee she made for my wife. I highly recommend this place for breakfast and brunch.

The food here is delicious, served in generous portions and reasonably priced. However, the staff could be friendlier. We visited for brunch and sampled the Porchetta Hash, Prosciutto Cotto Eggs Benedict, and the Italian Countryman breakfast. We all agreed that the Eggs Benedict was the standout dish. We also ordered the **** Mary, but it was overly spicy and lacked a strong tomato flavor, so I can’t recommend it. Overall, it's a great spot for brunch in Cambridge, especially if you can't get a reservation next door at Cafe Luna!

Sulmona in Cambridge is fantastic. The food is delicious, from the salads to the pizza and pasta. In the summer, they open the windows to let in a nice breeze, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, it's a delightful experience.

I can't compare this restaurant to other brunch places in Boston (since this is the first one I've visited), but overall we enjoyed a decent meal with nothing amazing to speak about. The prices here are also a bit high. The English muffins from the smoked salmon were a little cold, but the dish was very flavorful and they were generous with the smoked salmon. The potatoes on the side were also good but could've been a little bit crispier. The french toast with mascarpone and berry compote was a little dense and had a more eggy flavor than I was used to. The mascarpone and berry compote was very good though. My partner thought the burger was solid.

I've been here for brunch twice and both times were delicious. The tiramisu French toast and prosciutto eggs Benedict were well worth it! The Bellini was a little lacking in peach flavor but still really good. The dining area seemed to fill up quickly so probably worth making reservations. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area
