Sweetgreen - Cambridge

We ordered from online, and our delivery man who cannot speak English texted us saying our order was taken by someone else and told us to cancel the order. There actually is NOT A SINGLE way to cancel the order once is out from the kitchen and NO A SINGLE real person you could communicate with from the customer service team. You don’t want to start your day like this. The worst service.

I love Sweetgreen but this is not a good location. They served me dirty and rotten lettuce in my salad. Service could also use a lot of improvement, the employees are not friendly.

There is seating here. You can easily order online or through the app and pickup here. The avocado was nice. Ingredients were fresh. There are nice seasonal options and pre-recommended salads and bowls.

I ordered 2 bowls. He forgot 1. And I ordered medium sauce, he gave me extra heavy. Hire some better people maybe. Don’t ruin the brand name please.

I am so upset with the amount of food this place serves you... for $20 if I asked for extra meat in my salad? I'd expect to get what I'm paying for. ... it is very disappointing, I felt like I was being robbed. You guy need to do better ???
