Food is really good. Loved the chilli chicken. It’s actually not bad at all. A shame it’s all ruined by the worst possible servers. Why you all got to hire some dusty international students who looked like they haven’t bathed in years. Rude, inhospitable and arrogant. A real shame because the food is actually good.Service was so bad I won’t be returning here ever nor is the food amazing enough to endure that level of hostility.‘Twas a meh

We were a family of 5 yesterday coming in from Windsor, my spouse and 2 daughters went to use the washroom, one was out of order, toilet wasn’t flushing, no hand soap, so she let one of the 3 staff know, ordered our food, chicken wings had a long strand of black hair, the waiter looking at the plate saying their kitchen team didn’t have long hair, we asked him to replace it regardless.Daughter asked for chopsticks, no chopsticks, after our dinner, son asked for 6 containers, we only got 3.Went to use the facilities, door lock popped out of the door, water stains in the ceiling from water leak, floors were dirty and still no hand soap. Let one of the staff know who had to ask another fellow where the soap was…Went to lay the bill and was asked “sir, how was it?”I told the 3 people behind the counter that we were coming from Windsor and didn’t appreciate not having clean washrooms to use…for 3 people standing on a Friday early evening, the least they could do make sure the washroom is kept clean and full of toilet paper/ hand soap…maybe even mop the floor.You spend good money for poor ambience and unclean washrooms, we won’t be back Hakka Hut

I NEVER write reviews. Ever. But I will say for a place that’s reviewed so ‘amazing’ I am really disappointed. I ordered a basic meal and half of my order was not as advertised. The first photo is what their ‘chicken balls’ were. The second is their ‘sesame seed’ chicken. This review is only based off of the food I ordered and I’m sure some of the other foods on the menu are great. But this was a big waste of my money if I’m being honest

Food was delicious. Chilli tiger prawns, chicken lollipop were delicious. Rahul Pooja were very helpful with their recommendations service.
