Kristen L. Both times we tried this location it was within your time/day frame you listed. So.... are you actually at the store or elsewhere? I have at least 5 other people in the party that could verify this for me.

The restaurant was clean the staff was friendly. Sadly the food was subpar. The only thing I'd recommend is the crab shrimp appetizer steak. The house salad wasn't worth the extra money the fish was over cooked, the broccoli was drenched in butter the asparagus was extremely salty the Mac cheese was ice cold.

We were a party of eight, 6 adults 2 teenagers. It was about 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon, they weren't crowded. Teenage boys got the chicken sandwich, chicken they got was curled up overcooked, really dry. The fries were soft. Chicken dinner was as bad, chicken so crispy it was hard and meat was dry. The Lobster Cheese Mac was basically just Cheese Mac, definitely not worth the $20 price tag! The appetizer, Chicken Tenders Nacho's, was NOTHING like the picture presented, half that size. Service was extremely SLOW! Probably 2/3 of what we ordered was taken home and fed to the animals. My son is ex-military and he said the men's bathroom was DISGUSTING! We will never return. Should have just gone to our usual, Applebee's, have never had a bad experience there. Spent $200.00 not counting the tip, which we were too generous on. Horrible experience! Came here a few days ago with my grandma. Ordered a baked potato with cheese, butter, sour cream and bacon. Also topped it extra with lobster. The Lobster was barely omit, and the potato was hard as a rock. The butter was melted butter. My grandma ordered a potato as well and hers was hard as a rock. She ordered steak, and that was the only thing that was actually good. The server was meh. Waited forever to ask us how our food was, and didn't really ask us if we needed anything else. I also ordered Mac and cheese with lobster. It wasn't fresh at all. Will not be coming back here.

Food and service was amazing . Sherry was so friendly and even with a few other tables and some bar quests she still made sure we had a great experience. Not sure why this location has a 2.5 rating because they most definitely exceed that! We will be back for sure!
