Blaze - Camden

Saw at the bar and had a few drinks before you have something to eat to go back to the hotel. Chris, the bartender, was excellent and attentive. Drinks were quite expensive. Had a pizza and a side salad. Eating was ok crust a bit soggy, but taste was great! I wish the bar was bigger! I wanted to return the next night, but no room in the bar!

Blueberry soda was great. Duck fat fries were great as well. A bit more salt would take them to awesome level. The pizza was excellent, but just a little underdone in the middle. Probably tough to balance the heat between the edges and middle with a wood fired oven. Service was great and the waitress was very nice. Great experience overall!

Just love this cozy place with a beautiful view of Camden harbor and deletions food . The staff was also so friendly and kind . It was closing time for them but still they welcomed us . Their Caramel martini was so so good . I highly recommend this place if you are in Camden .

Cool location, really enjoyed the Blaze Brewing beer. Fairly unique menu. We both enjoyed our meals. It wasn't super busy so I can't speak to how they handle things when it is jamming.

I had a wonderful dinner in the taproom. The bartender was extremely knowledgeable and was able to make amazing recommendations for entire meal. I drank a couple of different sours that were wonderful! For dinner I had the pork belly lollipops. Those were truly the best meal of my entire vacation to Maine and I cannot recommend them enough. I wrapped up my meal with a slice of limincello cake. The entire experience was amazing and will be a mandatory stop next time I vacation in the area.
