Ordered inside hot chia tea and a refreshers . Had my daughter wait inside as I went to car. Then my daughter comes out to car to tell me the latte machine is down. Why would you sell me it when you know you can’t make HOT drinks? So, no big deal I ask for refund bc they couldn’t make a hot drink. They refund BOTH. I assume it was complementary for the fresher bc of their mess up. Ask my daughter again to wait inside for her refresher and they tell her they can’t make her drink bc it was refunded . Seriously!? I only asked for MY drink that you couldn’t make Renee why would I refund my child’s?? You heard me tell my daughter to wait for hers. After I leave you do this .I won’t be back to this place very poor costumer services.

They state they close at 8. Every night we show up at 7:30 and they can't do anything cause they broke all equipment down for night. They really need to state they actually close at 7:30 not 8. Day crew is amazing. Night crew sucks and seem lazy. Service: Take out Meal type: Other
