Bidra med feedbackOverall, I had a good experience. Pizza's pretty greasy (especially the pepperoni), but tastes nice. The upstairs eating area features a nice view of City Hall and the park, one of the most delightful views in Camden I've experienced hitherto. The interior of the upstairs was a little dusty though, I feel. I think a 4 out of 5 is fair. I'd likely come back when I'm at on campus at Rutgers, it's literally right by the PATCO.
Holy moly, the food is awesome. I can't get enough of the delicious pizza. Their food will explode (In a good way) with flavor. The environment is great. I need more stars...
Hey, this pizza is actually really, really good. I've been here a few times now, and I've been pleasantly surprised each time. The restaurant is an honest, no frills pizza/italian place, and the food is good. I've had the white pizza, pizza with breaded chicken and broccoli, and what I can only describe as a taco pizza with ground meat and cheese, and I loved them all. This might actually be one of the best places in the area, let alone the city of Camden.
Very quick and friendly staff as well as really good pizza. They also have a sandwich station inside which I have not yet tried, but other people I have spoken to say that it is pretty good. The thing they serve that is by far above the rest is their italtian ice. It is perfect and cheap the best thing for a summer treat. Go grab a slice and some ice and you will be feeling nice. Yeah I rhymed that... anyways go check them out you will really enjoy it.
Sandwiches were delicious and portion was very filling. The bread was not the finest but still held up nicely as I took them down to a Phillies game. I am close to giving 4 stars, but I 've had much better rolls in Philly. Two sandwiches cost 15.25. The restaurant is set up with adequate seating, but I found it more geared towards their takeout business. Although there were two flat screen TV 's, they were not operating at the time I visited. So I don 't know whether they don 't have cable or don 't want loiterers to use their TV 's as they fill up on food and drinks. Speaking of drinks, they only offered bottled soda, not fountain, so it 's definitely more of a take-out convenience, but the customer gets overcharged for that convenience. Fountain soda would be a nice profit machine for any restaurant of this size. It 's insulting that Nucky T had to make a problem with the language barrier. I didn 't have a problem communicating my order, and I received exactly what I ordered, which is more than what I can say for many American restaurants anymore. All in all, 3 stars is about right. Considering the lack of competition nearby, it 's a good option for lunch.
