We met on a trip to this restaurant just outside the state. typical, simple and local cuisine. excellent grilled lamb, good and abundant pasta. price fair

Right outside the dressing room this restaurant is also a hotel. the place is cozy, the owner very kind. we came following the judgments that I can share, excellent both the appetizer and the first and the second. price fair

I live in foligno. I have eaten several times at ristorante il cavaliere so that this gives me a unique perspective of this restaurant. last week I was happy to host some of my colleagues from the Usa for dinner. one of my Italian colleagues who grew up in foligno also came to us. let me just say that we are all incredibly impressed by the service and quality of food. therefore il cavaliere is so good: 1) the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. they are well-trained and flexible. there is no gasification if they order 1/2 teller or want something out of the ordinary. 2) the whole food is served in the simplest way (very brittle). the quality of the products themselves is what make each plate special. the appetizers are delicious (and there are many). I highly recommend ordering the great appetizers that includes a lot of local meat, cheese and other delightful things. the truffle and rührei is one of the best things I have ever eaten! 3) there is a very good atmosphere in this restaurant. they are not rushed and the personal seems pleased to be that they enjoy their meal. so much of what is great at this restaurant it is simple and perfect treatment of local foods. if they are opposite, il cavaliere is one.

Very good restaurant! the food was excellent as the service. great environment. would recommend.
