Bidra med feedbackOn our recent trip to Piedmont we visited BillyBau twice, as having been there once was just not enough!! Small family run restaurant very tucked out of the way, but very worth the find!!!!! Both nights we had beautifully cooked food prepared by Marta, who has a flair for producing excellent cuisine. We also had the pleasure of meeting Gabriele, our host, who kept us well informed on choice from the menu, and gave Susan an impromptu Italian lesson, which was very enjoyable. We tried to help in return with some Scots colloquialisms, and we both thought Gabriele enjoyed the nonsense! One to NOT miss if you are in this part of the world!!
We got the tip from the local librarian, who helped us a lot during our stay i Camino. We would never have found it without help. It was worth driving the small roads to eat there. It can be recommended
Good menu list. Good the dishes that recall the Piemontese traditions, but they are not really original. Good Bagna cauda, Panissa, but Fritto misto is too weak.
I have seen advertising on fb, not bad, but I should go back on a different occasion... Christmas lunch with a preconstituted menu as it is on oo on these occasions. Good wine. very kind staff.quattrozampe welcomed with sympathy. recommended recommended
I chose to take from take the Piedmontese mixed fried and the wild boar stew -sponsorized by a friend -who had bought several .goods .for the fried according to me it was a little (for me) that I am guiotto, and for the stew I found boiled potatoes and not in the oven (my points of view) .
