I placed a delivery order and the person who answered sounded like they were from a completely different restaurant. We have been regular customers until now, but we won’t be coming back after this experience. Sometimes, poor service leads to disappointing outcomes. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

We set out early for a horseback ride and planned to stop by Nikoli's for pizza, but our journey took less time than expected, and we arrived 30 minutes before the restaurant opened. Just as we were about to leave, the staff invited us in anyway. That kind of old-fashioned, exceptional service is something I've come to miss these days. While we waited, we enjoyed some light-hearted banter with the staff, and when our pizza arrived, it was nothing short of amazing. If you do visit this fantastic restaurant, please don't toss the baskets in the trash—just a friendly reminder! In all seriousness, this is the best place for pizza. Thank you for everything!
