Beto's Corner - Camp Verde

This restaurant offers the finest food in town, and I try to visit as often as I can! It’s fantastic, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

After visiting Montezuma's Castle, we asked a National Park employee for a food recommendation, and he enthusiastically told us about Beto's Corner. It turned out to be the best and most authentic Mexican food I've ever had, and Beto was a fantastic host! He personally came to our table to share the story of how the restaurant began as a roadside food stand and how he gradually constructed the restaurant bit by bit. Unfortunately, his lime tequila chicken recipe remains a closely guarded secret, as does his homemade salsa—so secret that even his cook doesn't know the recipe! The atmosphere is quite simple and unpretentious, apart from some of Beto's original artwork, but the welcoming host and his delicious food make for an unforgettable experience. If you're visiting Montezuma's Castle, the five-minute drive to Beto's Corner is definitely worth it!

This charming little restaurant is nestled in a gorgeous, remote location, and the food is genuinely delicious and authentically made! The waitstaff is also very friendly and accommodating.

The best Mexican food I’ve ever had. They don’t have servers but they do bring the food to you and you will not be sorry for stopping in because the prices cannot be beat for the amount of quality food you get.
