The food here is not great; it ranges from okay to awful. There are a lot of comments here about the owner. These are entirely justified. He can be really aggressive and creepy. He hangs around fishing for compliments and if you dare say something isn't right he gets angry and defensive. The food here is not great; it ranges from okay to awful. It should be noted that the owner always behaved this way at his old location, too; Acropolis. It was off-putting then and it is off-putting now.

Fifty Parallel is a terrific place. Great food and excellent servers. I hear people complaining about the owner being obnoxious, but I have never experienced that.

Awesome restaurant! Probably the best run place in the Campbell river area. Menu was extensive and everything was great. Lots of fresh home-made items. Zach was also a truly top tier waiter, loved his vibe and gave me some great recommendations! It's rare to find a waiter who seems to enjoy his job as much as him.

Just wait for the steak and lobster. Peter and his staff are the best. Thanks guys. Wish they opened a bit earlier for lunch.

Another visit to Fifty Parellel Tap and Grill because I enjoyed the first visit so much. I had the ribs and now time for dessert. I'm going to try the Ekmek as I've never had that and it sounds good. Glad to be able to go out for dinner again.
