Bidra med feedbackIf you are in any amount of a hurry in the morning and you walk through the doors and see a line I 'd suggest going elsewhere because the barista 's and I use that term extremely lightly, seem to have zero awareness nor concern with the pace in which they conduct business. I 'm not one of these unreasonable people who expects things to magically happen at the snap of my fingers and certainly when there is only one person working of course things will move slower. However, even when there are multiple people working it never seems to dawn on any of them to have one person taking orders and the other person preparing drinks. I 've stood at the register waiting for someone to take my order while one person is slowly making the drinks and the other essentially has their thumb up their ass either talking to the other employee about how much they hate working there or they choose that exact moment to decide to take a break. This has happened multiple times, this wasn 't just some one off occasion that pissed me off enough to go write a negative Yelp review. Safeway needs to either shut this Starbucks down or hire people who function beyond single digit numbers of brain cell 's because the staff you have working there are either beyond burnt out or just give zero F 's about working there.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I come here because I work close and there is one lady I think her name is ambermarie is constantly INCREDIBLY rude. No customer service skills. They always look miserable. If I were the manager here I would fire some of these workers immediately. I watched her talk back to a women in front of me saying some completely inappropriate things for a work place. It looks like she may be training and they just goof around and take forever to even make a simple coffee. It’s outrageous. So outrageous that this is my first review of anything EVER. Do not come here
Went to Starbucks this morning to pickUp my mobile order. Not my 1st time at this location. This time I was soooo beyond disappointed. I got my hot coffee it was cold and it did just sit there. Then I opened the lid I got totally ripped off. The cup was not full. Ot was like a grande size!!! I've never had issues here before wondering if I want to go back. I was soooo upset just had to hurry up get to work or I would have said something
Drinks came out fine but I had the most ridiculous experience. There was 1 person in front of me who only ordered one drink and so it 's not like they were stormed or anything but one of the girls working behind the counter had one of the most bitter attitudes I 've ever witnessed. I placed my order and for one of the drinks I asked to half the amount of espresso since the drink was for my dad, who was with me. Once she sees the cups with our orders written on them she then proceeds to passive aggressively make comments about our drink order to the cashier, literally as I 'm staring at her. What the he does 1/2 mean? You wrote this wrong. Oh you meant 1/2 shot why do you need a half shot there 's only 1 shot in the drink anyway and then continues to have a conversation with the cashier about how much she doesn 't want to be there and how done she is with her job, etc. Like I get it, I 've worked jobs that I didn 't like too but wouldn 't common decency be to at least wait till we 're out of earshot till you start talking smack about us? Just some advice, maybe wait till customers are actually gone before trash talking them and your job.
Every time I order it’s the same person there and they always look like they hate that I’m even talking. I’ve gone here a couple of times when shopping at Safeway. I get they’re probabLy understaffed and it’s stressing but even I say “Thank you” and leave tips but their attitude never changes.
