Starbucks - Camrose

Service was slow through the drive thru. They didn't have any. Bold coffee brewing and had to settle for a milder choice. The purpose of a drive thru is supposed to be fast and convenient, I would have been better off going inside but was stuck in the line

Very slow service. One car ahead, empty inside and almost 15 minutes for 2 Americanos?!?

Staff are always so friendly and engaged in conversation. Makes the drive thru so much more pleasant.

It's so busy here. Dine in,window,dash,mobile orders and everyone moves like a well oiled machine. You guys are kick a$s. See you in two weeks

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The wait times are consistently between 5 to 30 minutes. It seems like they're either short-staffed or their machines are frequently out of order. If they were located in a larger city, they would likely have to close down!
