The At Bristol Harbour - Canandaigua

This restaurant boasts a stunning location, delicious food, and outstanding service. I've already recommended it to my friends and family, and I will keep doing so in the future.

This restaurant was absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and highly professional. They even managed to seat us half an hour before our reservation. The bartender was fantastic, and the drinks were delightful. The food was also excellent! I would highly recommend this place to all my friends.

We have made a reservation for 745 pm and there early at 715. there was a tonne empty tables. we said we had to wait. we waited for 20 minutes. No one came and nobody left. she sat us 20 minutes later. we said we don't need any reservations for brunch on Saturday. we're here at 10. there were only a few people in there. we have no problem. on Sunday we are also there at 10 o'clock. very few people in there. the same hostess or manager in the service asked if we had a reservation. I said no. she said we had to wait at the bar. I said there were many tables, and she said we had reservations. I said, but there is no one here, and no one behind me. I totally understand if there are people waiting for me. the place was empty. I thought it was an incredibly poor service. Why shouldn't they sit at the place while nobody waits? we have gone and will not be back.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Laura, who we later learned is the owner and manager. We were quickly seated at what we considered to be the best table in the house, located right on the edge of the patio. The view was absolutely stunning, showcasing the lake, rolling hills, and the beautifully landscaped lawn of the resort. It truly felt special. Our server was attentive, and the food exceeded our expectations. The evening was memorable, and the wine selection was quite extensive. Don't forget to leave some space for dessert—the chocolate cake was worth every single calorie!

It was a busy night- 2 weddings and lots of diners. With a 5:15 reservation we did not finish until 7:30. Our waitress was delightful but she had too many tables with large groups.
