Bidra med feedbackGreat service. Was able to provide good gluten free choices. Attettion to detail was good, would recomend for fellow celiacs. Good atmosphere. Yummy food.
I came here because of a RiotACT article about best ramen in town. Upon entering the place is pretty empty and I understood why after looking at the price. I was determined to try the ramen, and I must say the ingredients used were superb fresh noodles, real pork broth, gluey onsen egg, aromatic pork. However, the final stage of cooking was careless and ruined it. The noodles all stuck together and it was a little cold, 1 point. Then the customer service was relatively poorer compare to other Braddon restaurants with that price, and it was saved barely by the ambience. I don't think I will come back.
It's a little bit hard to find it(on level 1),and a very quiet place in Braddon. It serves typical Japanese food.Food looks so great.I would recommend set menus. And about $25~$30 pp.
Great food in Lonsdale! The fish is fresh and good, best sashimi I have found in Canberra (after searching for more than a year). Tried the tacoyaki (battered octopus), the wasabi marinated octopus, mixed sushi, mixed sashimi and they were all great! And do yourself a favor and try the oysters: they have a great balance between sauce/seasoning and flavor. Last time I went they had also sake in promotion which is pretty nice for a hot summer afternoon, chilled and not very sweet. However, would recommend a menu that lets know all the great flavors that you can taste in each dish! It is real and good quality food. Have and will come back again
We've been to Chaki Chaki a few times now and each time the food has been amazing. It's fresh and authentic and the staff are lovely. We get the pancake, fried tofu, eel and eggplant and have never been disappointed. The servings aren't huge but that's what you expect with Japanese cuisine. We'd rate it on par with our favourite Japanese restaurants in Sydney and Melbourne.
