Bidra med feedbackWe visited this restaurant while on vacation in Canberra and were impressed with the selection of ice cream. They offered a great variety and their desserts were beautifully presented. Make sure to also explore their dessert options.
Got their cheesecake take away and honestly one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had! Really creamy and strong cheese flavour while remaining smooth and not stodgy in the mouth. I love their crumb which tasted like it had some type of crushed nuts in it? Would come back again and try their other desserts!
I've visited here a few times and each time there is an amazing new flavour to try. Even there desserts are amazing. For me it's a must visit place whenever I am in Canberra. Read more here: thenailchronicle.com/2019/05/08/three-days-in-canberra-three-days-of-relaxation-part-2/
On a scorching 38-degree day, we were craving ice cream to beat the heat and decided to try out Frugii based on recommendations. The menu offered a small but delightful variety of flavors, including a remarkably authentic Christmas pudding gelato and a refreshing pear gelato. The cranberry and hibiscus flavor was also delicious, though a tad too sweet for my taste. Coming from out of town, we were uncertain about gelato prices in Canberra, but found $7 for two scoops to be reasonable. In addition to their gelato offerings, Frugii also had an impressive selection of ice cream bars, including a unique gin and tonic variety. Overall, we highly recommend a visit to this spot!
Great flavours and the ice-cream and sorbets were really smooth. Good value for money, just be careful with the lemonade and limeade as those are much stronger than you'd think they are.
