Namaste India Phillip - Canberra

Namaste India is conveniently situated near Westfield and offers plenty of free parking spaces. Despite it being a Monday, we made a reservation in advance and our table was ready upon arrival. The staff was attentive, courteous, and provided excellent service. For dinner, we enjoyed a selection of fresh and delicious vegetarian dishes, each bursting with authentic flavors. The restaurant accommodated our request for mild food for the children, and the dishes served were perfect for their taste.

This restaurant is the perfect venue for hosting a party. The food, location, and atmosphere are all top-notch. We celebrated our 10th anniversary with about 120 guests here, and the restaurant easily accommodated our large group. The food was delicious and the service was prompt. Our guests were extremely pleased and satisfied with their experience. Aditya and his team were attentive to all of our requests and made sure everything went smoothly.

This restaurant offers an amazing spread of authentic Indian cuisine with attentive service. Be sure to try the Mango chicken curry and the Rogan Josh, they are by far the best I have had in Canberra! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Delivery ordered. Servings were generous both in portion size (1 curry could easily be divided into 2 portions) and in the amount of meat/ vegetables to sauce. Fast turnaround from order placement to pick up and meals were still warm at delivery, although a fair way from the restaurant. Dishes were slightly milder than expected (both in heat and spices), but still very tasty. Excellent butter chicken if you enjoy a sweet curry. (Listens under the name OH!) CANBERRA RESTOBAR when using UberEats.

Had a great dinner here. We were greeted by friendly staff and promptly seated. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, with the right balance of authentic Indian and modern furnishings. The food was wonderful and in good proportions. We had an entree, main desert, all which came out promptly, and left very satisfied. We'll be going back there again!
