My wife and I celebrated our first year high season last week, had dinner with wine pairing. the burratta for entree was okay, but the rest of the meal (the bark and the chicken) was divine. stephen's explanation of matching weeping was exceptional. only negative point was that the service was slow. other than that, definitiw a visit vegetarian options: burratta

Last week my colleagues and I had a very disappointing experience with the services that were provided to us at the buffet dinner @ promenade cafe. we were there only about 3 minutes early for our booking (which was around 18 a.m.) and we were told by the man at the reception that we were too early and we had to wait aside, but there were 2 other people who came before us who liked to be taken by the host, vivek, in their seat. When we arrived at 6 o'clock, we were at our table. After we started and have our first seafood rounds, we notice that no one refills our table water, so we had to go to the start to ask someone to refill our water glasses. vivek has apologised and said he would organize someone to refill our water, but no one ever came to refill our glasses water, so instead, we decided to order drinks to get at least the section waiter attention to the table. we had our hands up, chased a waiter down, but no one came to take over our orders. for the second time we went to the host desk to order the drinks at the reception directly there, as we were tired to wait. we left the feedback with vivek (who told us he was responsible for the night) he apologised, but it wasn't good enough after we asked him a few times directly and no acts were taken. we could not notice that the restaurant had about 100 guests and there were only about 3 employees on the floor, who were very disappointing at all tables. on the other side was eating delicious and the seafood were fresh. would come back, but service must drastically improve for the price tag of $90per person.

Here in the august for family birthday. had no great choice of food and only a few seafood options served for the “Seafood Buffet”. some foods were very bland and did not look very appealing. very expensive for low quality, the money no longer worth. is very good, but notices that it has changed since kovid and possibly a change of owners and/or chefs. it was surprisingly a disappointment after it wasn't a one-time one.

Loved the prawns, all other food was quiet good and service was good. Carved meat staff gave very minimal portions had to ask to keep going twice. Just expected a little more at this venue Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
