We had some very specific last-minute meat cutting needs, and Ebners handled everything quickly and efficiently, all in a fantastic atmosphere. The Ruck is also excellent! You really can't go wrong here.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh meats, jerk dishes, and cold beers. The service is quick, friendly, and efficient. Be sure to try the deli sandwiches, which are generously packed with meat and made fresh to order. It's an excellent value for your money. If you order a full-size sandwich, you might want to save some for lunch the next day!

Overall good experience had processed some wild game everything turned out excellent taste in the paprika and sausage. Small problem with communication, but the owner got up and took care of things very quickly and showed some very high quality customer service

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I deducted a star due to the lack of proper masking protocols. However, everything else was fantastic! I appreciated their suggestion to ask for jerky samples, both for myself and my wife. We picked the honey garlic flavor, and it was delicious! My wife enjoyed a wonderful Reuben sandwich on marble rye, while I savored a flavorful bowl of Stroganoff and a delicious grilled cheese sandwich made with sourdough.

Big thanks to Mike and his family for the best smoked turkey roll we've ever had. Highly recommend. I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with the Christmas roast we've already ordered!
