I spent over 50 dollars here at this location. Although our interaction was good, they did not add any honey, or gravy for our mash potatoes. These items are always included when ordering a dinner box and for some reason this location did not include.

Went in on Sunday afternoon 3/10/2024 used a coupon for 3 chicken tenders meal. Parking was ample and the building was in good condition. The interior was clean and neat. The ambient temperature seemed quite low. The staff was very friendly and offered opinions for a side option as opposed to the French fries. I chose the Mac and Cheese. The meal was served in a moderate amount of time. Unfortunately the Chicken tenders were overcooked, dry, stringy, and chewy. The biscuit was dry and hard. The Mac and Cheese was the bright spot and was hot and tased good. I’m going to imagine that if it were during a high traffic time and freshly cooked my review might be different. However shouldn’t freshly cooked and tender food be served no matter when it is ordered ? I see from the Google reviews this store only has slightly over a 3 star average so maybe the Franchisee should look at this ?Wheelchair accessibility: 3 spaces in the front

Manager not to helpful she tinks she spoke Spanish she doesn't, care for the customers, i asked for different order, she tried to push me to buy different order, and won't listen to me and don't care about my oder ,charging me more money, i have no body to complain about it because she said that she is that general manager, this happened, 3/5/24 at 3pm

I stopped by to pick a family meal and Luis helped me decide what was the best value for the price.Only thing I forgot was to get the biscuits... That was on me

Ordered a 10 piece bucket, legs thighs, original recipe to go. Received 9 pieces, 1 original thigh, 2 extra crispy thighs and 6 extra crispy legs. Next visit we were only offered 4 original thighs. They are not replacing legs in original recipe.
