Tacun - Cancún

We go at least once a year to cancun and always go to tacun, one of the best authentic Mexican restaurants we know with very cheap trips. I took my daughter there during our maid journey, and it was not disappointed again. two. from us got enchiladas and the others got sopes, all tasty! Drinks were great (a daughter said best margarita she had in cancun,) the waiter was helpful and attentive, overall it is just a really extraordinary place! warning: it is really a hole-in-the-wall (inte with limited seat,) takes no money reservation, but it is just worth it! I doubt they will be disappointed.

Eating was nice and a great price, but service was very frosty. was not sure if it was paid more by a local amount. the one server (the younger) seemed a bit more friendly and attentive compared to the older chap. they have. forgot an article we ordered, but we ordered it new. would be recommended, but do not have expectations for service level.

An evaluation about tripadvisor about it turns out that it is a resort halfway away. a nice street-side restaurant that offers the food we eat. hubs had panucho, a traditional dish of the Yucatan area that I had mixed...”Gringas”, a queen with pork with a white flour tortilla. one of two amazing Mexican restaurants that we have experienced here.

This is a solid place to eat. It is cash only. I had the fish fajitas which I really liked. It is a small place and there is construction next door. I would go back if staying close by.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The food is bland and that wasn't the bad part of our experience. Our server gave us a bill for 535 pesos and tried to charge us $49 US apparently hoping we would just pay it without doing the math. There...was an exchange rate of 19/1 written on the board in the restaurant. There is also demolition happening next door and we left covered in dust.
