Bidra med feedbackOrdered deluxe sashimi set and salmon roll through delivery service. Received canned tuna and mayo roll instead of sashimi. Not even a similar substitution. No call or discount applied whatsoever. Salmon roll was not made fresh as described. Salmon was opaque and avocado black. Never again.
This restaurant is a complete disappointment with dreadful service. They apparently have no heating on their split A/C system, and they don't serve tap water. We left before we even had a chance to eat.
Change in owners for Sakura has sadly seen a big change in taste as well. The spring rolls looked and tasted like a packet you can buy from the supermarket freezer section and the tempura vegetables were a bland, flavourless mangled mess. The whole time we were in the restaurant we could hear the microwave going on and off, but very few sounds of any other form of cooking.
Very Japanese characteristics, warm and thoughtful service, highly recommended ramen
Ramen was good but not the sushi. Place is so quiet, should play some soft music. We were the only customers. Hopefully they have more customers. Reasonable prices
