Lemongrass Thai-halal - Canoga Park

I arrived at the restaurant around 7:50 on Friday evening. There were only two other occupied tables, but one couple left due to poor service. It took over 10 minutes for our drinks to be served. When the first appetizer plate was brought to us, the server started walking away before we had to ask for plates, utensils, and napkins. They brought a spicy dish instead of the mild one we requested. They mentioned that they were out of one item we ordered, but did not remove it from the check. They also forgot to bring another dish that we ordered. It is now 9:30 and we are still waiting for our corrected check (which still includes the item they were out of) and a carton for our leftovers. It seems like they are new in the business and are completely overwhelmed, they really need help with restaurant management.

So good..always best Larb ever but I like it spicy i add cilantro And I eat it cold and put inside lettuce leaves ...omg so good.. I have tried alot of larb around LA...

Very tasty and generous potions. We were searching for halal food nearby and stumbled upon this restaurant. They were really accommodating and the food came pretty fast . All of the dishes we ordered Crispy Shrimp, tom yum soup,chowmein, rice, green curry) tasted excellent. Especially the soup was perfect. Will surely be back when we visit LA again.

Yes I am a fan of their Tom Kha, the shrimp soup with coconut milk. So generous with the shrimp. Me and my friend always go there for this soup. 1 order is good for both of us. Delicious. I can't remember if other food that we ordered was good, but for this Tom Kha, I am not disappointed. Good to try. There's minimum price to use card, if I'm not mistaken. Sometimes, waitress can be a bit slow, and waiting time for the food as well.

Service was slow and food was average. I ordered a Thai salad (chicken tasted reheated) and they gave me a tiny amount of the peanut dressing. I even asked for extra and it still wasn't enough to dress the salad. The Pad Thai was a bit dry...flavor wasn't bad, but I have certainly had better. For the price, I will probably go elsewhere next time.
