Coyote's Coffee Den - Cañon City

Unbelievable! The line on a Sunday at 10:30 will tell you that you need to know. The food is perfect, the service is friendly- even if they were lubricated, but the best part is the atmosphere. Outdoor terrace that allows dogs, tons or leaves, and fantastic decoration that you feel at home. Always coming to this great place.

Love everything about this place! Inside, outside area, the employees, the food, the APPLE PIE, just the overall feel of the place! It is a bakery, cafe, coffee shop, gift shop, and a great place to have a few drinks. Yes, they serve liquor! There is a Merchantile in the same parking lot, but it was closed the day we were there, Sunday. If you are in the area, you must go here!!!

Ok so we found this place by accident, originally going to eat across the street. But we had our dog with us so someone was going to stay in the car with him. Then we parked and saw Coyotes! They have outdoor seating, are dog friendly, and had live music. We ate breakfast and already came back twice to try lunch and breakfast again. Their potato salad is the best I've ever had in my life. And if you do breakfast definitely do your breakfast burrito smothered in green chile. I love the atmosphere here, the live music on Sundays is so good and today it was chilly for a summer day with a bit of rain and they had a fire going outside. After eating here 3 times I'm sure we'll be regulars. Don't pass by here.

Partially because there is nothing else like it for 30 miles this place will serve you a decent cup of coffee. Actually ordered a hot chocolate which was only slightly above Swiss miss. It was so sweet my four year old didn't want very much of it. Friendly customer service and I hear the burritos are delicious.

We are new to Colorado and we were doing some local sightseeing. We saw a billboard for Coyote Coffee and immediately knew we had to try it out. My son had a sunrise smoothie and my husband and I had slices of their cake and he had the Mexican Mocha and I had a latte with Irish Cream and almond milk. They were very accommodating for our dietary needs and also efficient despite being busy. We LOVE the vibe. We will definitely come back out this way just to spend time on the patio together as a family. 10/10 totally come here and enjoy a nice cup of joe.
