Wow! Did not expect the quality of food Here. They have it all breakfast and lunch. You can get coffee as well. Bathrooms are behind the caboose the next building over (public restrooms). The woman at the register was sweet and patient with us trying to pick our food. Order inside the caboose.

This is a comfortable place to dine outdoors, weather permitting. Our simple meals were very delicious. They prepared the food mpstly outside. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Thanks Happy Endings Caboose.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is top-notch! There are only two tables inside, which provided a nice refuge from the wind, and there’s outdoor seating for when the weather is calmer. The giant cinnamon rolls are not only delicious but also massive, while the sweet trax French toast is indulgently rich. The Santa Fe Breakfast is a fantastic choice, featuring scrambled eggs, hash browns, your choice of meat (bacon, ham, or sausage), and a fantastic green chili sauce. The loaded bagel with smoked salmon was packed with flavor and offered an all-you-can-eat option! We will definitely be returning.

What an incredible restaurant with fantastic staff! The food was absolutely delicious—definitely the best I've had in Colorado. I highly recommend trying the smoothies! The tables inside the train car are a unique touch, and the outdoor seating allows you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the train. I also loved that the food wrappers featured an old local article from 1967—such a neat idea! Plus, I really appreciated the black napkins and compostable cups. There are so many great things about this place; I have no regrets at all!

My girlfriend and I visited Canon City last week and decided to try this restaurant for an early brunch. The staff inside were fantastic and answered all our questions (which were quite a few). I ended up ordering a wrap that was, without a doubt, one of the best dishes I had during our trip. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area!
