Kfc - Canonsburg

My total came to $9.26 for the K-11 meal, which included the chicken sandwich, fries, and a large Pepsi. While I was waiting in line, I noticed that a drink was handed out to a car at the window, but it was just left sitting on the ledge until the car drove off. When it was finally my turn, the gentleman at the window seemed annoyed as he handed me my drink, which was actually from two vehicles prior. He assured me it would be fine and then passed me my food. Once I started to eat, I was disappointed to find that the food was poorly packed. The fries were scattered throughout the bag and were cold. The sandwich itself was also cold, rubbery, and missing the pickles and mayo that I had expected. The bun was soggy as well. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially since I’ve had better service from this establishment in the past. I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered a 10-piece bucket of chicken, but it was excessively greasy. I haven't had their chicken in over six months because of that experience. It seems like many fast-food restaurants have deteriorated since COVID. It makes me think about the impact of recent political decisions.

This restaurant doesn't even deserve a one-star rating. There's a severe lack of staff, and the service is terrible. We had to visit three times before our order was finally correct. You would expect the manager to make it right by offering us a complimentary cake or something, but instead, all he did was have the staff fix the incorrect order. The employees seem more focused on goofing off in the back rather than paying attention to incoming orders. The manager on duty didn’t even remind them to stop fooling around. Perhaps our order would have been correct the first time if they had been more attentive. I will never return to this place; it has really gone downhill.

This is a horrible KFC. The mgr wouldn't even give me her name. Then put Jarrod on the phone thank God but he was not 100 in anyway. I'm sick an just want my family to eat w out me having to do it. The food is OLD WITH NO MEAT! 30$ and nothing butcoleslaw and instant mashed potatoes without gravy(which was ordered) to boot as well as bis. Wow NEVER AGAIN IN CANONSBURG WILLWE GO!! The ONE time I need them of corse they are worse than any! Old ..dry...0...n I mean 0 MEAT!

Food was mediocre at best. Service was lackadaisical and unprofessional, especially in food prep area. Language/ behavior should be addressed by management. Restroom was a total mess. Will be QUITE awhile before I return.
