Bangkok House - Canterbury

This Thai restaurant located just outside the city center of Canterbury is very nice. The Thai dishes we ordered were excellent, however, the dessert was a bit of a letdown as it seemed to have come straight from the refrigerator. The Tiramisu and rocky were completely frozen. But as mentioned before, the Thai food was really good. The staff is also very friendly and attentive.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The prices are great, the food is delicious, and the decorations are beautiful. I highly recommend trying the soy sauce dumplings, they are delicious.

I visited bangkok house on Sunday, 24 november 2019 at night. I was with another person. that was my first visit. I used google maps to find the restaurant that was easy and led me directly to the right place. the restaurant consists of a large main dining area, which is segmented in a few different sections with many tables with full table service. the restaurant is beautifully decorated with wood carvings and plants. the tables are glass with impressive hand carved wood decorative designs underneath. the team was very friendly and welcoming and I had no problems, we got everything we expected in good time and enjoyed the experience. I enjoyed a huh Satay star and sweet and sour bun with a fried rice for my main course I'm not very adventurous, I'm sorry! eating came hot, was well presented and tasted good. there was an extensive selection of food and I found something that easily called me. eating was very good value for money, I paid less than £25 for the two courses and drinks. overall I enjoyed my visit and would come back and visit.

Beautifully furnished thai restaurant, good eating and friendly staff

The service at this restaurant is top-notch and the staff is extremely friendly. The dining atmosphere is also very cozy and inviting. While the food may not be completely authentic, as a Thai food enthusiast who has sampled dishes in Thailand and neighboring countries, I must say that the cuisine here is quite delicious. Authentic Thai food typically features more spices and has a spicier, more flavorful taste. However, I appreciate that the dishes have been adjusted to suit local preferences and are still enjoyable and satisfying. The chili served on the side was particularly tasty and I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
