Bidra med feedbackI had a fantastic lunch today! The balsamic chicken was incredibly delicious! I also want to express my gratitude to our server and the manager for being so accommodating regarding an allergy in our group. They even brought out a laptop to show us their system that identifies which dishes are free from the allergen, and they encouraged us to request that service on our next visit. That's truly exceptional service; many places wouldn’t go the extra mile like that, and I really appreciate it! We will definitely be coming back.
We visited Boston for a fun weekend, and our friends recommended this restaurant. I have to say, it was incredible, and I was not disappointed at all! You absolutely have to try the mango sweet tea, and make sure to ask for Lisa—she's the best server ever! The mozzarella moons here are fantastic too! I'm so glad we made a stop here. I can already tell this will become a tradition for us, traveling from Florida to Boston and dining at 99!
I ordered delivery and was very pleased with the service; it was quick and the meal was delicious. I must say, the dressing they use for the salad and the dishes is excellent. I plan to visit the restaurant in person and try more of their offerings.
The food and customer service is very disappointing. Upon arriving, we weren?t greeted and were ignored. When we told the hostess how many were in our party, she seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes (it was pretty empty). She took us to our table andthrew the menus, didn?t say anything else and walk away which made my group feel very weird and not welcomed. She definitelyseemed bias because she seemed to be nice and attentive to other parties walking in after us. I?m not one to ever leave reviewsbut this alone made myself and my group feel terrible. Our waitress was nice for the most part. Someone in my group asked for awell done steak and it came out medium rare. Shooting her down was very difficult so we asked a manager (who also didn?t seemfriendly at all). When the waitress did come, she seemed annoyed with our request of cooking it more. Other than that, she wasgreat. Also, addressing this with the managers was impossible as they are not friendly and hard to shoot down as well, thereforenot worth the time. I will not be coming back. It?s not worth the food or money.
There with my roommate from school. We had not seen each other in 2.5 years. We announced to our servers Kass and Devon that we needed time to catch up no need to rush! I ordered steak tips cooked medium but unfortunately they came out ******. Irequested they be popped back under the broiler. They came back perfectly medium and we were offered a salad or dessert asservice recovery. We weren't rushed, we had attentive service but no hovering, pleasant conversation with Devon and Kass, andone of the nicest 99 meals I have ever experienced. Go 99 in Plymouth! We will be back.
