A classic case of owners losing touch with the hiring process and maintaining food quality. This restaurant declined a few years after it opened. The manager's response was dismissive and showed little concern. Orders were often incorrect and food was not properly prepared. It's disappointing but not surprising when owners take a hands-off approach and expect profits to come in without any effort. Customers deserved better service. It was time for the restaurant to close.
