Bidra med feedbackIt's always difficult at this place and today they gave me the wrong bagel with the wrong box. but hey at least when you've been roasted. really annoyed abuse that was my breakfast and I can't replace the work, and this bagel or cream cheese is not something I like. I always wonder if I should go after dublin, but I decided to give them chances. And today was the last. I am sure that this decision will not make a difference, a less customer right. but it will make a difference to me and mine tomorrow.
I really don't have a problem with this place. They greet me and get my order. the lobby has to be cleaned more often, but I understand that it is difficult with personal deficiency. I would suggest higher lonely and customer service training. the other two dunkins in canton I avoid. I got sick at one and the other is so disgusting anti-customer service that with taking olivia I just can't go there. it seems that all dunkins rent from below in the barrel regularly. I thank you for leaving about 25 percent of the time. I agree with one of the others that they must fire and begin.
The two staff members didn’t acknowledge my partner and me when we entered, but they definitely took their time conversing with a white man who was ahead of us. The donut holes we ordered were stale, so we returned them immediately. They didn’t even offer an apology; instead, we were told to come back the next day to see a manager for a refund. The customer service was incredibly disappointing, and I’m not at all okay with the racially charged atmosphere.

I waited in the drive for 20 minutes, just to get to the place I order, and for the girl that took my order to have the worst posture. backstory: I don't like the taste of the coffee, but I still like to drink coffee so that I usually get an icy mocha latte under espresso for coffee syrup. so it is not as strong as the espresso and I can still drink it. today, when I ordered my drink, said the girl, I can't put a coffee syrup in a latte, and I said well that every other dunkin' donuts does so, and she said well that they can do that, but I won't put coffee syrup in a latte. a frozen coffee is a frozen coffee and a latte is a latte. when everything boils off, she just didn't want to do it, and to my surprise when I got into the window, her manager was only about 4-5 feet from her when he said he heard everything she said. this dunkin ' donuts is by far the worst I've ever been and I guarantee if someone else could have made the drive through them without asking. this girl does not have to be in customer service.
