Paradise Food Court - Cape Coast

Update: April 2019 - Unfortunately, the standards at this restaurant have declined rapidly. There seems to be only one printed menu available, and it's in poor condition, with just a few pages loosely gathered in a folder. Upon seeing this, I began to worry about what to expect next. To my disappointment, there were very few items actually available from the menu. They present a large menu but only have two or three dishes to offer. My favorite dish in the past was the PFC special fried rice. However, now I can’t rely on getting a consistent flavor when I order; some days it's almost as good as before, while on others, it’s not enjoyable at all. The new staff members aren’t as friendly as the previous team. What has happened to this once amazing restaurant? Update: August 2019 - I've learned that the chef has left, which explains some of the changes.

Update: April 2019. Unfortunately, the standards here are declining rapidly. There seems to be only one poorly maintained printed menu to share among diners, with just a few loose sheets in a folder. Upon seeing this, I braced myself for what was to come. Almost nothing on the menu was available! They show you an extensive menu, only to inform you they have just two or three dishes to offer. My favorite meal used to be the PFC Special Fried Rice, but now the flavor is inconsistent. Some days it's nearly as good as I remember, while other days, I can barely finish it. The new staff aren't as friendly as the previous team. What has happened to this once-great spot? Update: August 2019. I've learned that the chef has left, which certainly explains a lot.

This establishment is now the new location for Me3 Café and pastry shop, where you can get much greater value for your money.
