Buffalo Wild Wings - Cape Coral

I decided at 1230. 1240 order placed. it didn't get until 1:50 and it only had 5 tables next to us. the staff was beautiful and the place was nice and the food was good. but eating has been too long. kellnerin has checked several times and said a few more minutes each time, but I guess if they have more personal or something.

Thanks to Anna at the bar for taking such great care of us! Even when she is busy she doesn't neglect a bar full of people. We will be back :

Normally visiting the buffalo wild wings franchise is amazing! However this is not the case here. Cups are dirty, wings are dry and asked for a simple drink to be given as “non-alcoholic”. Then was told “if the bartender wants to”. Our waitress Ashley was amazing and did what she could. Very respectful and found ways to solve problems the the bartender would be making difficult.

My man and I had lunch in this restaurant today. When we came in, there was no one at the inn and no one came for almost five minutes. also there was a bad smell in the restaurant. we tried anyway. our server was a wonderful young lady who made a great job. but even if there was hardly anyone in the restaurant, our food accepted forever. it was good, but not good enough to guarantee a return trip with all negative.

Beer tasted as if they had not cleaned the system for years. the smell inside makes you want to throw up and there was mold on the ventilation system inside and this is all you smell.
