Urban Buzz Coffee - Cape Coral

The coffee is always great. The staff is even better l. Great job.

Now that I found Urban BuzzI can not remember the names of the other big coffee makers: lol Dunkin who? Starwhat who? : I am so happy a co worker told me about the buzz because this place is certainly quality in all their products!! Especially banana fosters!!!

Usually I have good things to say about this spot as I go here instead of Starbucks, however we went Sunday 9/4 around 3:30 and it was pretty bad. First off the three girls had the music way too loud in the shop, the girl at the drive through couldn’t hear me and I kept having to repeat myself and I couldn’t hear her either. This is not good because that’s how mistakes are made. Idc about music being played I care that it was too loud that I kept having to yell and repeat myself to be heard. It took the cashier awhile to ring our drinks up, then when I got my Sanibel Straight it was so light in color I wondered where the coffee was. I tried it and it tasted like watered down half and half it was terrible. I told them it was terrible and they did replace it for me. I’m just wondering where the coffee is in these drinks? I just don’t want to be paying for something that has all cream and no coffee.

I really want to say positive things about Urban Buzz. We used to love going here as the staff was friendly, attentive and kind. Our last two visits were so disappointing. I ordered a steamer, drove away and realized quickly my drink was made with espresso. I drove back and there was no apology, no refund for the higher price paid-she just took the drink and re-made it. The second drink was lukewarm. And tonight we visited again and ordered 2 drinks-I ordered mine without ice and asked it to be topped off with skim milk. A person inside told the employee to surcharge me $2 more dollars to top off the drink to which I said no thank you because I overheard. I was then handed a drink not even 1/2 full. If you are going to charge a customer an extra $2 you should ask if it's OK with the customer first and when customers are already spending $12 for two drinks added a little extra skim milk to top off a drink when someone doesn't want ice really shouldn't be an issue. I don't think we will be back.

Great experience here. They’re quick, guy named paul helped me out with my order. He was down to earth and easy to talk to. Thanks for the good experience.
