Don Carlos Authentic Mexican And Taqueria

I ordered the street tacos and the shrimp cocktail. I would rate the authenticity 8/10, the flavor 8/10, and the value a perfect 10/10! The shrimp cocktail was massive and an amazing deal for the price. They also offer other Tex-Mex favorites like fajitas, burritos, and nachos. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was lively. Overall, a great experience!

I visited Cape Girardeau and was a bit uncertain about the restaurant from its exterior, but once I walked in for an early dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful hospitality. The chips and salsa were fresh, and the drinks were good—though they could use a bit more strength. The food was absolutely delicious and did not disappoint at all!

Incredible food and even better service every time we eat here. They recognize us by name and remember our orders when we arrive. It truly feels like family when you're here.

Drive through the city and stopped here. A two stroke for good food and good value! It is a Tex/Mex restaurant with some authentic products. Mexican tacos are very different from American tacos. These are dressed on small double corn tortillas, choice of meat and with onion cilantro. I had my share of authentic Mexican tacos all over Mexico and California. I had the rhinestone tacos and the shrimp cocktail. 8/10 on authentic 8/10 on taste 10/10 on value The shrimp cocktail was huge! And better for the price! They had other Tex/Amex items like Fajitas, Burritos, Nachos etc. The staff was friendly and good mood here.
