Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We were in the drive through line 5 minutes before they took our order. Finally got to order and took 28 minutes in drive through to get food. Asked for ranch and didn’t get it. Also asked for silverware since we were at a hotel nearby. Of course didn’t get it. Super slow service and kids who don’t care and don’t have a work ethic.

Food is fine for Popeyes, but this place is consistently slow. It's not fast food if you and others have to wait 30+ minutes to get a small meal. It's always like this too.

Visited the trip thru, where I was immediately greeted with a suggestive sale. I used a voucher that allowed me to buy 10 pieces of bone chickens, 2 pages and 5 cookies for $17.99. Chicken was hot and fresh. Red beans rice, beautiful consistency.

Stopped to get 8 pieces to go. Asked for honey and butter that I didn't get, no forks or napkins... just as well. The chicken was like it had been under a heat lamp several hours and the biscuits was hard. Not happy, especially with the price.

I don’t typically leave reviews but this was needed. I ordered 3 kids meals which is one leg fries and a drink. Also comes with applesauce pouch. I waited about 20 minutes to get the order, plus it was wrong. Completely missed all fries for all 3 meals and got boxes with just the chicken. It was rushed and mishandled. They have to do better.
