We were lucky to get over this place in such a small town. I spent a lot of time in India and this food was authentic and good quality. Very fresh! They had both vegan and vegetarian dishes and we were very happy with the place, food, service and price. Don't miss it!

As they can guess from the name, this restaurant has a large and beautiful garden that I think it is worth sitting only under a apple or walnut tree and to visit the view of the highest city in Spain. they have 2 different menus that are traditional Alpujarreño food, so there are not many vegan options, although they get the tomato and avocado salad that is huge and tasty. then there is the Indian menu, with a large selection of curries. a few are already vegan- I think the tarka dahl and mixed veg- although they are not labeled as such on the menu, but they can ask the staff who are very friendly (although they do not speak English). They can also be made after a certain curry vegan, my favorite is the corma with cocos milk instead of cow milk. they also have poppadome, wobelbhajis and samosas - all very rare in the alpujarran Mountain! all in all, I would say that this is a special place and although they have animal products, I think most of them are locally sourced so that it is quite ethical in this view.
