Du Quai - Caraquet

Excellent mussels but seafood lasagna was out of this world. Very reasonably priced wines and beer. Inside is cute and nice deck. One of the best meals we have had in a good while. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Came here a few times last year because the fish and chips was the best I'd ever had. Everything about it was perfect. Service was great, too. Unfortunately this year it has fallen flat every time we've had it, and I guess the price went up? Spent $50 on two of the worst meals I've had... Fish was chewy, and the batter soggy. Fries tasted like they were fried in burnt oil. Also had the crab here a month ago, and it was fine, but nothing about the meal was all that special honestly. Sad, because I loved coming here last year, but wasn't in Caraquet as often! Now I can go any time and it's definitely not worth it.

A place to recommend! The place doesn't look like much, right next to the fishmonger. But once we get home, the food menu makes us salivate. We took the quai plate, a mixture of fish and shellfish to share between two. Succulents! Really good time. Do not hesitate! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
