La Fringale - Caraquet

Great place for a good coffee and breakfast. The owner Cedric is really nice. Lovely staff as well!

We attended a show last week and needed a coffee beforehand. After searching on Google, we discovered that Fringale was supposed to be open. Unfortunately, it wasn’t! It was Saturday between 6:00 and 7:30 PM. We were a bit disappointed, as the only options available for a tourist were Tim Hortons or A&W.

The setting is lovely, but at that time, only cakes and raw meat were available—no coffee.

I'm giving 5 stars for one reason only: the owner reopened the restaurant just for us! Everything else nearby was closed, and it was around 9 PM! They offered panini and poke bowls—not the full menu, but it was enough for us. Thank you again for the excellent service! Service: Takeout.
