El Pollo Rico - Carbondale

I hadn't been frequenting this restaurant for the past few years because we usually end up eating somewhere on Main Street.I've been here a few times over the last 2 months and it's definitely our new favorite. We've done the chicken takeout and enchiladas, tacos, etc... it's all delicious, very authentic. I wish this restaurant had outdoor dining, but it's worth eating inside. If you're looking for the real thing, this is it.

Muy Bueno! BEST Mexican restaurant in the valley! I could not stop eating their chicken tacos--made with their special chicken! And the tortillas SCREAM authenticity and homemade! So excited to return! Muchas Gracias!

Well...this was the first time they served us burnt chicken. Maybe there's a new cook?

Was getting hungry while taking a leisurely drive through beautiful Colorado when my friend Lauren suggested we stop by this place. It was splendid!! If you are ever passing through I strongly suggest you stop and try their chicken enchiladas! Also order the Jarrito drink if you're feeling Jazzy, it's very good!

When ever I come home I go here. Amazing salsa and chips. You can judge a lot by someone chips and salsa.
