Order online for scheduled pickup. Eating was ready when I was there. The service was polite. Food was all good with the only small exception my side salad had hardly any cheese and 1 of the 2 tomatoes had spoiled. My 8 years old and 15 years old had fetters Alfredo and love it. The breadsticks were also very good.

This Fazoli's is pretty much what you'd expect in terms of food and appearance, but I really wanted to highlight the excellent service we received. We ordered takeout, picked up our food, and realized at home that we were missing a salad from our order. I called to let them know, and the employee asked if I’d prefer to come back or just receive a credit. I chose to return, and when we arrived, he handed us a large bag filled with breadsticks and two salads to make up for the inconvenience. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but he went above and beyond, and it really made my day. Well done, Fazoli's!

This is a fantastic spot for affordable pasta and Italian fast food. I visited today with two friends, and we all loved our meals. The service was prompt, and our food was served hot and delicious. The man who took our order was both friendly and efficient. We dined in, and the tables were clean while the restaurant had a nice, bright atmosphere. I was quite impressed, especially since it was one of my first visits. I tried the smoky bacon Gouda breadsticks, one friend ordered a turkey club submarine, and the other opted for the 2-for-$6 spaghetti with meat sauce and a slice of pizza.

The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. The breadsticks were perfect!
