Cadwaladers Red Dragon Centre - Cardiff

26 people in the queue and one poor girl serving take away ice cream. One lady serving coffees inside, taking orders and making drinks. Long wait for the drinks and another couple for simple cheese toasties. Maybe someone called in sick but even then that would seem to be a minimum amount of staff for the amount of customers. Even though they were rushed off their feet the staff were friendly. We won’t bother again.

Terrible service. Server brought put the coffees, no eye contact, smile, no expression. Put the cups on the table and pushed them at us, no response to the thank yous that we delivered. 5 minutes later, she brought out one lunch and did the same with that, went back and collected the second lunch then repeated the same unenthusiastic approach. Not one word spoken to us. Food mediocre but hotter than the reception. Customer service at its finest :

This is a nice cafe. The staff were friendly. Service was fast and items brought to table after order. The coffee was very enjoyable. Would return.

Visited mid morning in November. Lovely cafe with great service from Nicole. Beautiful tasting Americano, comfy seating and free Wi-Fi.

A group of 4 of us came here on a Saturday evening. It was quite quiet. We all order waffles and hot drinks. After we ordered our waffles too ages. Way way to long considering they don’t make the waffles fresh and it wasn’t busy. Finally when the waffles did come my waffle wasn’t right I had asked for chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla so then had to wait again for my waffle which I wasn’t impressed about. Overall the service was not at which I had experienced on other occasions or at other cadwaladers. Very disappointed.
