This is your typical pub and carvery that offers a variety of dishes such as steaks, burgers, onion rings, and Sunday roasts. They also serve the standard selection of beers and ciders you can find in most places, but nothing stands out as exceptional.

What a delightful surprise this was! Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations, but the experience exceeded all of them! Our group of 15 dined together without a single complaint, and the staff was friendly without being intrusive. The atmosphere is vibrant, so I recommend making a reservation. The transformation of the building from the days of those terrible pubs is remarkable, and the spacious, airy setting with its stone and beams is truly inviting. It's very family-friendly. I can’t wait to return!

We visit this place for the Sunday carvery because it’s the best and offers great value for money! Unfortunately, I only managed to snap a photo of the dessert, as the carvery didn't last long enough on the plate for me to take a picture. However, I finally remembered to capture a photo of our carvery on June 21, 2022.
