Well, I found Compiègne’s best pizza. I wanted to find some typical Italian, much different from a classic chain of pizzeria and other restaurant that is given the Italian style but which makes all kinds of dish from calzone to Burgundy beef I will not mention the name. Here we find conviviality, gourmet dishes in a rustic atmosphere with welcoming, smiling and especially human staff. The dishes were really good, for me a vesuvio pizza with wood fire, a dough with a thick appearance but at the end light and delicious in the mouth. My friend took a milanese scalope, that to say it was not just a piece of meat and two three fries, it was the service of a granny who is happy to see his little son again, to say something copied but very good. I over-recommend this restaurant, just come for a drink and chat with the boss you will discover a passionate person who does not abandon his trade. Andiamo
I like to come to this p’tit restaurant, it’s the second time, the boss is close to his guests, the kitchen is good and our not too salty.
Everything is perfect, the atmosphere and the kitchen are at the top. Excellent value for money, I recommend the eyes closed.
